In 2022, the combined food specialists’ sales of the five leading economies covered in this report series reached €971.9 billion, up 6.1% on the previous year. All five countries registered growth and Spain was the top performing market, posting an 8.8% increase, followed by France (7.4%) and Germany (5.2%).
