When you purchase with a Credit or Debit Card through the Mintel Store, you will have instance access to the report and is available for download immediately.  We use Stripe to process all card transactions securely.

When you purchase by Invoice through the Mintel Store, your report will be made available once the invoice has been paid in full. You will be contacted by an eCommerce team member to gather your contact and payment details.

CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD: Your payment will be processed securely by the credible payment processing platform Stripe. You will have immediate access to the report(s) purchased. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

INVOICE: You will be contacted by an eCommerce team member to gather your contact and payment details. Once received, they will send details of how to gain access to your report(s). Please note: you will not have immediate access to the report(s).

Yes, you will receive an electronic receipt by email immediately after your purchase if you have purchased via Credit or Debit Card.

If you purchased via Invoice, you will receive an electronic receipt once full payment has been made.

These situations are rare. However, if this happens to you, you will receive a notification if the payment gateway fails to verify your credit card information. In our experience, billing address mismatch is the most common payment-related issue, closely followed by credit limits already being reached.
