Expert analysis from a specialist in the field

Written by William Roberts Jr, a leading analyst in the Food & Drink sector, his extensive knowledge delivers in-depth commentary and analysis to highlight current trends and add expert context to the numbers.

The pasta category remains sizable, but annual sales has been largely stagnant in recent years and is expected to decline. Concerns about carbs and weight loss appear to be strongly impacting consumer behavior. At the same time, health-oriented advances such as vegetables and protein in pasta could stem some of those sales declines and give brands the opportunity to leverage a premium positioning and priceWilliam Roberts Jr
